Bloke Next Door was established by Jai Stitt in 2001. 

A natural ‘handyman’ and home renovator, Jai saw a gap in the market for a reliable ‘all-rounder’ and subsequently started providing home maintenance services to local property owners.

Shortly after it was established, Jai’s father Phil joined him and the two have been working together ever since.  Each has their own set of skills and specialities and together they can provide a myriad of home and building maintenance services. 

Through word-of-mouth Jai’s business quickly grew and he now has a strong group of customers that range from local home and unit owners to body corporate managers, property managers, property developers and commercial and retail businesses.  Jai has also built a strong base of reliable trade contractors that he works with to ensure Bloke Next Door can provide quality service for all types of jobs and job sizes.

In 2005 Bloke Next Door became a registered company.
